## Shipping

**Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders of $150 or more.** Orders are dispatched from Sydney.

- **Standard shipping:** 2–3 business days to VIC, NSW & QLD · 3–5 business days to WA
- **Express shipping:** 1–2 business days to VIC, NSW & QLD · 2–3 business days to WA

## Wrong colour? No worries

If you’ve selected the wrong shade, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct colour. Better still, avoid the guesswork: our [free expert colour-matching service](https://originaldiva.com.au/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/page/colour-matching-service.md) matches you to the perfect shade from a few photos before you buy — answered personally by founder Nicole Zerafa.

## Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for exchange only. Contact Original Diva within 14 days of delivery.

Hair extensions must be unopened, unworn, unused and in their original packaging; other products must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 10% handling fee may apply.
