Shipping
Free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $150. Orders are dispatched from Sydney.
- Standard shipping: 2–3 business days to VIC, NSW & QLD · 3–5 business days to WA
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days to VIC, NSW & QLD · 2–3 business days to WA
Wrong colour? No worries
If you’ve selected the wrong shade, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct colour. Better still, avoid the guesswork: our free expert colour-matching service matches you to the perfect shade from a few photos before you buy — answered personally by founder Nicole Zerafa.
Returns
Change-of-mind returns are accepted for exchange only. Contact Original Diva within 14 days of delivery. Hair extensions must be unopened, unworn, unused and in their original packaging; other products must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 10% handling fee may apply. To request an exchange, text 0452 573 482 or use our contact form with your order number. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
