Shipping timeframes
- Standard shipping: 2–3 business days to VIC, NSW and QLD; 3–5 business days to WA.
- Express shipping: 1–2 business days to VIC, NSW and QLD; 2–3 business days to WA.
Change-of-mind exchanges
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Hair extensions must remain unopened, unworn, unused and in their original packaging; other products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 10% handling fee may apply.
