Original Diva is an Australian-owned hair extension business founded by Nicole Zerafa in 2006, after Nicole began specialising in hair extensions in 2000. Based in Hunters Hill, Sydney, we ship 100% human hair extensions across Australia and internationally to the US, UK, New Zealand and beyond.

Original Diva dispatches orders from Sydney and provides product and colour-matching support through an Australian business. Check the currency, delivery options, exchange conditions and availability for your destination before paying.

Australian dispatch does not by itself mean the hair was manufactured in Australia. For international orders, confirm destination availability and any import requirements or charges with the relevant authorities and carrier; these differ from domestic delivery.

Choose the product before choosing delivery

Our clip-in range includes 20-inch Short to Long Box Sets: 120g / 5 pieces at A$290, 150g / 6 pieces at A$350 and 180g / 8 pieces at A$410. We also offer tape, micro ring / I-Tip and weft hair for professional installation, plus selected accessories.

Australian delivery and exchanges

Australian orders of A$150 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Delivery estimates and express options depend on the destination and service; see current shipping information and the options shown at checkout.

For a change-of-mind exchange, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Hair extensions must be unopened, unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and a 10% handling fee may apply. Read the full conditions before opening the package.

For a Sydney salon fitting, contact us before ordering

Our advertised Hunters Hill tape and micro ring packages include the hair, installation, cut and style. You do not need to purchase the hair separately for those packages. If you already own extension hair, ask whether it can be assessed for fitting and request a separate quote before booking.

Can colour matching help before delivery?

Yes. Use the colour chart and send clear natural-light photos through our free matching service. Screens and lighting affect colour, so ask for help before choosing a shade.
