The amount of length and volume extensions can add depends on your natural hair, the product and its placement. Extensions for volume

Choose the added weight according to the hair that will support it. There is no reliable pack count for every fine, medium or thick-haired client, and pack sizes differ between products.

Original Diva’s 20-inch thickening pieces come in 30g, 60g and 90g options. Full Short to Long Box Sets are 120g, 150g or 180g. For fitted hair, ask a professional to assess the method and quantity rather than adding weight to meet a standard full-head rule.

Extensions for Length

Original Diva tape extensions are available in 20-inch and 22-inch lengths. Micro ring / I-Tip, weft, the One Piece–Three Piece clip-in set and thickening pieces use 20-inch hair. The Short to Long Box Set uses 20-inch hair in all three set sizes: 120g / 5 pieces, 150g / 6 pieces or 180g / 8 pieces, with every listed colour offered across all three. The visible length added depends on your starting hair and placement.

Realistic Expectations

Extensions work best when they enhance what’s already there, not compensate for heavily damaged or extremely thin natural hair. If your hair is under stress (breakage, chemically damaged, very thin at the roots), extensions may make things worse.
