Original Diva has updated its online store with easier access to product information, an expanded colour selection shown in our 11-shade chart, and a clearer way to request free personal colour matching before ordering.

What’s improved on the Original Diva website?

The updated shopping experience brings colour advice closer to the products you are considering. You can find the Colour Chart and Sale pages from the main navigation, compare product lengths and pack weights, and follow colour-chart and free-colour-match links from our core hair-extension product pages.

Our Blogs & Guides section has also been refreshed for reading on mobile and desktop, with clearer headings, more comfortable text spacing and article images that retain their proportions. Product and care guides are there to help you choose and look after your extensions.

The Original Diva hair extension colour chart now brings 11 shade examples together, with colour codes and descriptions to help you compare single colours, highlights and root melts. Tap a swatch to enlarge it, then use the zoom control to look more closely.

Single colours include Black (1), Dark Brown (2), Brown (4), Medium Brown (6), Light Brown (10), Light Blonde (22) and Platinum Blonde (60).

For highlighted or blended hair, compare Brown & Blonde Highlight (6/22), Very Light Brown & Blonde Highlight (18/60), Brown & Blonde Root Melt (8/60) and Light Brown Root Melt (10/60). Recent photography updates include colours 4, 10 and 18/60.

The chart is a guide, and screens and lighting can affect the colour you see. Colour 8/60 is shown with a representative visual guide. Check the colour selector on the product you want; the chart does not mean every shade is available in every product or option. If your shade is not listed, ask us before ordering.

Get a free personal colour match before you buy

Our existing free online hair extension colour-matching service is now easier to reach while shopping. We review your photo and recommend a suitable shade. You can also tell us which product interests you and ask about the amount of hair you may need.

1. Take one clear photo in natural daylight, showing your mid-lengths and ends. Avoid flash and filters so the colour is easier to assess.
2. Upload it using the colour-match form and enter your first name and email address. The form accepts a photo up to 4 MB, including JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and HEIC/HEIF files.
3. Use the optional product selection and question fields to explain your goal. We can reply with personal guidance before you make your selection.

Match the lengths that your extensions will blend with, rather than choosing only from your root colour. If your hair has highlights or darker roots, mention this in your request. You can use the online service without visiting the Sydney salon.

Compare the right type and amount of hair

Our 20-inch clip-in hair extensions offer three ways to add removable length or volume:

• Short to Long Clip-In Box Sets: 120g with 5 pieces, 150g with 6 pieces, or 180g with 8 pieces. Each option is 20 inches long.
• One-Piece / Three-Piece Clip-In Set: 130g of 20-inch hair that can be worn as one connected piece or separated into three rows. It attaches with clips.
• Thickening Clip-In Pieces: 20-inch hair in 30g/2-piece, 60g/4-piece or 90g/6-piece packs for targeted volume.
